Our Commitment
GMBX does not sell personal information to third parties. We never have and never will. Your data is used solely to provide the GMBX service — managing your Google Business Profile.
What We Share
We share data only with service providers essential to delivering GMBX: Google (for GBP management), Stripe (payments), Twilio (WhatsApp messaging), OpenAI (caption generation), and Supabase (database hosting). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
Your Rights
Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected
- Request deletion of personal information
- Opt out of the sale of personal information (not applicable — we don't sell)
- Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights
